GBest Return Policy (24-Hour Return Window)
At GBest, your satisfaction is our priority. We've designed a straightforward 24-hour return policy to ensure a smooth and confident shopping experience. To be eligible for a return, please initiate the process within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging, tags, labels, seals, and accessories. We consider "resalable packaging" to mean that the original packaging is intact and free from damage. A valid order number or invoice is required for all returns. While not mandatory, we recommend taking photos or videos of any damaged or incorrect items before initiating a return, as this can help expedite the inspection process.
To start a return, please initiate through GBest App. Clearly explain the reason for your return, such as product damage, incorrect item, quality issues (e.g., defects, malfunctions, or discrepancies), or other concerns. Our logistics team will then schedule a convenient pickup time for the return. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement product, which will be new or like new. You will receive a confirmation that your return has been initiated.
Please note that certain items are excluded from our 24-hour return policy. These include perishable goods (Dairy, Fruits and vegetables) and livestock, customized or personalized products, items marked as "non-returnable,”. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process after approval. We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time, so please refer to the latest version on our website.
